All our consultations are free, we will thoroughly go through all your needs and desires.

All non-VIP Member’s appointments require a $50 booking fee for all colour/Straightening/Extensions etc appointments and a $30 booking fee for all styling appointments.

If the booking fee is not paid, then the booking cannot be made.

Cancellations or reschedules are occasionally necessary. We ask to be notified of a cancelled or rescheduled appointment at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations received within 48 hours will sustain a 50% fee of service cancellation fee, or charge of the booking fee which ever is greater.

To get the best out of your experience at Earth Wind Fire Hair, we recommend you arrive at least 10 mins before your appointment time. If you need guidance if you are lost or running late please call 9455 2553 and will assist you the best we can. We go by appointments, we try to the best to keep to time for everyone’s appointments.

We can not give an exact quote we can only guide you with an approx quotation. What has been told over the phone, messenger, or email can be introduced differently. We ask all our guests to come in for a in person consultation and we then can advise the best accurate quotation.

We do offer Afterpay on services and products, the minimum is $100.

In addition we also offer Zip, all major credit cards and cash payments are welcome.

We absolutely do we welcome all feedback.

If you are not 100% happy with your hair after a service at EWF simply reach out and we will help to resolve it asap. We want you to LOVE your hair!!

We take all feedback seriously and our management will personally reach out to you if you would like to discuss a recent service. Simply reach out to us via phone or email and we will come back to you asap.

Please note our team is our family, if any abuse is given to our team members we immediately render all communication. We ask for respect as we work with you to resolve any issues and look forward to making you a happy customer of EWF.

REFUNDS
We offer a 7-day return if products have not been used and a credit note is given, after 7 days no refunds are offered.

For service’s we ask all guests to reach out via phone or email so we can work together to solve your concerns. We do not give refunds on any services, we do work with you to make sure you love your hair! All redos / corrections must be within 7 days of your first visit. After this no further action will be taken.
