Pricing
We operate on a tiered pricing structure that reflects each stylist’s experience, education and demand.
All prices listed online are estimates and may vary depending on hair length, density, colour history and service requirements. A personalised quote will always be provided prior to commencing your service or during a consultation.
Booking Fees
All services require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts will be confirmed at the time of booking and are redeemable on the day of your service. Deposits are non-refundable. With more than 48 hours’ notice, deposits may be transferred to a future appointment (if needing to change or cancel your appointment). Changes made within 48 hours, deposits will be forfeited.
Appointment Timing
Service times listed online are estimates and refer to application time only (processing time not included). As every guest’s hair is unique, timing may vary.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly require a minimum of 48hrs notice for any changes. Cancellations, rescheduling within 48 hours, or missed appointments will incur a 50% fee of the booked service or forfeiture of your deposit.
Outstanding cancellation fees must be finalised prior to booking future appointments.
Service Adjustments & Refunds
We do not offer refunds on completed services. If you have any concerns regarding your hair, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can assess and make any reasonable adjustments where necessary.
Test Strands
If you are new to colour services with us, a complimentary test strand may be required to ensure hair integrity and optimal results.
Consultations
Consultations are by appointment only and require a $50 non-refundable deposit, redeemable on your future service or retail purchase.
Late Arrivals
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may result in a reduced service, rescheduling of your appointment, or forfeiture of your deposit to ensure we remain on schedule for all guests.
Hair History & Integrity
Guests must disclose all previous colour history, box dye, keratin treatments, chemical services, or extensions prior to their appointment. Earth Wind Fire Hair cannot be held responsible for results affected by undisclosed services. The health and integrity of your hair will always be prioritised over achieving a specific result.
Right to Refuse Service
Earth Wind Fire Hair reserves the right to refuse service to any guest displaying inappropriate behaviour, arriving under the influence, or failing to adhere to salon policies.
